2. Cardiovascular training /Total body workout/ Flexibility/Resistance Training/strenght training/Weight Loss-My Personal Training Programs that i specialize in are the above fitness programs. My fitness programs are high intensity to optimize muscle growth And to speed up the heart rate to increase metabolism which puts the body in a 24 hour fat burning mode. My fitness programs will put my clients bodys in a new state of mind.
